Colorado based. In-Person and Telehealth, afternoons and evenings.

I provide therapy that is collaborative, caring, and personalized to meet each client's specific needs. I use different types of therapy that have been proven to work, such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe that therapy should be a safe and supportive place for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, understand why they do certain things, and develop effective ways to cope.

Your well-being is important to me, and I am committed to helping you grow and heal. I offer a free 15-minute video consultation to connect with you and discuss how we can work together. If you're ready to start a journey towards a more satisfying life, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Together, we can overcome challenges and make positive changes.

Some things I can support you with

  • Neurodiversity, ADHD, Autism Spectrum.

No matter if you’ve already been formally diagnosed or are just starting to explore the neurodiversity spectrum; I am here to support you in living life the way you want to. No need to mask your true self here.

  • Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Polyamorous Relationships

Having a therapist who shares your lived experience can be extremely beneficial to your therapeutic success. I would be honored to support you in exploring who you’re meant to be.

  • Trauma

You deserve to live your life unburdened from past traumas. I can help you let go, move on, and thrive. I offer trauma-informed counseling and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. I use eye-movements, tapping, or hand buzzers.
